I do not see the wings aspect, however this would be a killer brand with it as just a drop shadow only. Meaning, loose the very thin outline on the type and let the negative space determine the type by itslef. It will save you headaches in reproduction.

Is this one word or two? If it's the latter, then the P and A pairing needs to be tightened up. If it's the former, maybe a little more space is needed. And I think Bart's right about keeping just the shadow.
