Ah, clever. I didn't catch it at first, though, and actually I thought it was looking a bit sacrileges, like an upside down cross. :)

i think if you expand the sound hole of the guitar out so that it forms a mis-shapen ring (ie it will be a fat guitar outline (same thickness as the horizontal bar at the bottom).

that way it will look a lot closer to the symbol you're trying to portray.
