The client wanted a simple logo that would look good on both black and white.Inspiration was a man and a woman holding hands, forming a connection.Please critique.I am new to design and would love to hear your comments.

I love the mark, but you really should use another font. Maybe a more standard one, like Arial Rounded Bold or Helvetica.

I got rid of the text altogether and changed the background.
I was just asked to design the logo, the client wanted the person designing the website to add the type.
