I have no idea how to pronounce the name, but I think the logo is great. Good use of egative space and the corporate colours are perfect for a car rental company which has a penguin for it's mascot.

koodoz: The name pronounces as [ping-win]. It's a "penguin" in russian.

Hayes: Sorry, I didn't remember the typeface, have made this logo about 4 years ago.
