However, I like the form of the zeppelin and the X crossing into it, perhaps it does not need the rainbow texture, or the colours in the zeppelin could be in a different pattern.

Not to be Mr. Negative over here, but I think the X making the tailfins seems a bit forced and the colors just complicate it. It could probably pulled off, but it would have to be simplified, starting with the colors.

I personally love it. And unlike some other unworldly types, I know the rainbow flag has purple at the bottom. Otherwise it is just a rainbow of colors! Jeesh. Had the same problem with a logo (not mine) that had orange, teal, red and yellow stacked in it. Someone said gay flag, even though the colors weren't rainbow or in rainbow order or even included the color purple, and we had to change it to solid red. It was never a pretty logo, but I don't understand why if you use more than two colors stacked, suddenly it is gay. Sorry, soap box. I agree it is one of the best logos on this site.
