It's a nice mark. In my opinion, logos should capture %u2014 at a glance %u2014 and express a feeling for what the company (the logo was designed for) does. The colors kind of express congo but the feeling of %u201Dexpress%u201D doesn't come through. This may have been the client's request though.

Personally, I like the logo but I think you could have made it a little more dynamic if you enlarged the three box illustrations and have a box or two either break out of the outer shape somewhere. Perhaps the largest box could break out of the top or the lower right-hand box could even break into the type area and overlap your type a bit. It feels too confined right now.
