Can't say I've ever heard of interlogistica before. FreightCenter primarily arranges shipments inside the US so we should be in the clear. In working with the subject matter and simple geometric shapes there's bound to be more than one similar mark out there.

I'd be considering a completely different font. The r's are a problem, I also have concerns about the 'g' and the 't'. Once that's sorted, it'll be an effective logo.
