Morada Estate

/mo·ra·da/, n. 1. a building or place of shelter to live in; place of residence; abode; home. [Spanish]. Morada is the result of another Koodoz creation. Our task from the beginning was to come up with a name and logo for a brand new residential estate being developed in the Western suburbs. This particular job was a challenging process, considering the little information to work off of and the site in construction being nothing more then a dry desolate plain. Fortunately though, through a little research, we discovered that there was a large Spanish community in the area and this quickly became the basis of our creativity and ultimately the deciding factor in designating Morada as the name for a great place to dwell.

Really nice mark. My only comment is the way the cloud is positioned in the upper left of the mark. There's just the slightest hint/sliver of the blue sky and it almost looks like a mistake. I would either fill in the blue sliver with more of the clouds or move that section of the clouds over to show more of the blue.
