And I see that the 4 circles in the yellow square are like a dice. Maybe one thought you could try is using 4 squares instead in that yellow square so as to leave the middle circle in blue as the anomaly shape.

The extra spacing around the 1 won't be a problem (I don't think). Also, the colors could use some improvement. Right now, they are a little bland. Just some thoughts...
