the bear is very original, nice concept. if i were to critique it would just be the hands and legs that i find could use a bit of tweaking.

I'm sorry, but I can't help but see what looks like a ghost. The forward leg kind of looks like a body, and the other ones look like his arms.

It looks good. If you reduce the size of the leg that is reaching forward you can get rid of that illusion. Unless that was the point of the logo and I'm missing it. In which case, sorry.
