Anyway, check the white (original) version, the mark needed some thickening I thought, so I added the subtle stroke, I agree it doesn't work as well on the dark bg.
As far as effects... I usually prefer clean and crisp, so this is good to know.

kult house said:If you killed every single effect in that image, you'd have a strong logo. The type is excellent, and the underlying graphical mark "appears" to look great.. but you really need to kill the outer stroke and inner glow effects.
