'spec work' is a personal choice... just cause there may be some prominent members of this site that may be against it, does not take away anything from a good (& inspirational) design... you only know this to be spec work cause you have been told its spec work.. & if feelings against spec work were to be that strong then it should not be allowed in the 'view all' section let alone the gallery! it should be wholly uncompromising.. but it cant be right... so the ethics of the site are not under question.. just the views of some people.
