Agreed. CBS logo.

It didn't even crossed my mind it looks similar to CBS. Are we not supposed to draw geometrically simple eyes anymore?

I see what you mean, just saying it's the first thing that came to my mind.Perhaps it can be styled a bit different?

@ edgepixel. If your eye logo looks too much like one of the most iconic logos in America by one of the most famous graphic artists of all-time then it does become a potential copyright issue. No one is saying that you can't design a geometrically simple eye logo, just not one that looks almost exactly like the CBS logo.

As they say, there's more than one way to skin a cat. I'm sure you can make modifications to help differentiate it more. Good luck.
