It looks like a bears head on a wall - perhaps a good logo for taxidermists? Perhaps if you got rid of the circle behind (which gives the illusion of being the 'mount' that the bears head is on) and/or made the bear look a little more friendly or alive, that would make the logo a lot more engaging. This is constructive criticism, however.

I can't believe no one saw this and thought "chewing tobacco?" when they saw this! Kodiak chewing tobacco uses a bear too. Both are very different bears, but the similarity of the words and similar marks threw me off for a second. Nice logo nevertheless.
