love the transparency on the f, but the fonts need work, interior and execution is alright, but i think should be kerned properly and smaller, i think you need to go back to the draing board on the font for first concept and i dont think you it needs to be an outline either. The drop shadow on the main mark is quite harsh, i think you could lose it completely

I agree with ClimxDesigns. The transparency is nice. The font choices below the logo are incredibly wrong. Try picking a font that matches the boldness of the logo...maybe that's not the way to go, but definitely change what you have. I also agree that the shadow is not working. The window and door may not be very noticeable at smaller sized viewing, but i like it still.
