I agree, your complete portfolio could look much better if you let those logos breath a little...

Oh, and the only thing that bothers me here is kerning, especially RA...

Besides the kerning issues, the tie is not tying in as well as it could. Seems a little like two different pieces of art work forced together. The tie needs something that ties it in better with the lion shape; right now it seems too simple incomparison.
