I like the type and it's nice mark design but it looks very similar to vividways logo :http://www.spoongraphics.co.uk/vividways.html I have no intention in doubting your logo-making abilities or originality, you've got plenty of great logos and I guess you haven't seen Vividways before. Good luck!
