@Jerron, yes, there *are* similarities, but only because it's a note that resembles another object. But that's really where the similarities end. The concepts and executions are totally different.**In this one, the *entire note* is two different images in one, i.e., it's both a note and a dual cherry stem. In yours, the circular bits of the note are also oil droplets, but the entire note itself is not also another object. At least not that I can tell, anyway.
