Hey Gregory, maybe you can answer this for me: What is the fixation on foxes these days? Every time I turn around these days, there's another startup brand with %22fox%22 in the name. I get the connection: sly, slick, cool, sexy, sleek, etc. And I also get that they have probably become trendy due to the popularity of Firefox. But at a certain point, one must ask: do we really need *another* ______fox brand? I dunno. No offense to you or your logo, but it's just something that's been on my mind lately.

Lol thats pretty funny. yeah i kinda see what you mean but i have to be honest other than firefox im having trouble coming up with any other popular brands using a fox? is it really that overused? **I think BECAUSE firefox is so front and center on the web it becomes part of the global culture to make people feel a comfortable association with the brand they know and love. Also plain and simple, foxes might be the cutest non threatening predator out there. Bears, wolves, eagles, sharks, and lions are all fine and dandy but i dont think they come across with any of the lovable and clever attributes of a fox. The other reason, i think, is the spelling. 3 letters and theres an X in there to boot. thats a pretty cool looking word.**As a favor to you though, i promise not to illustrate any more foxes for a period of at least 6 months! fox maratorium commences now.
