Interesting eagle. Not sure I'd recognize it as an eagle, though. Also, your kerning is off. I like the style of this.

Yah, this one definately caught my eye. Nice feel to it but I agree with wonk that the kerning could be adjusted.

I love the style, but you need to study some eagle beaks and heads to make this an actual eagle and not a seed eating bird. It makes you look like you didn't do your research.

I have to agree with Trish here. This is a very cool idea The flourish design signifies Money/currency, but the beak makes me think of a nut cracker beak bird. Nice design though.
