That is a bunch of info in the small type, there! I'm sure that will be good for signage, but I am curious if you change it at all when you reduce the size (like on a business card) or if you plan to keep it the same regardless of its size. Also, my eye is drawn to where the "J" meets the banner under "joes". There is a large amount of orange that somewhat vibrates to my eye there. Perhaps you could afford to give a little more space between the "J" and the banner, so it does not create quite as much tension. I'm talking small moves here, though. Overall, I think it is very solid.

The logo would be generally used at a large size, on menu and signage, so background text would be readable. I'm going to produce a two-sided business card, logo as large as possible on one side and contact info on the other. Thanks for the pointers, duly noted, I think I will increase the space between the "j" and banner to match space below the "s" and see how that looks.
