First i think medical, then i think Swiss. I think you need to either change the color, or the thickness of the plus sign. There's gotta be a way where you could make the whole plus sign have the three-sided feel of a pencil

Thanks for your thought I appreciated. Medicine%3DHelp that was the purposes this is why I went for red and kept the cross. I experimented with different pencils also three-sided and rubber on the top but in very small sizes this worked for me the best so far.
