This was created for a friend who was thinking of opening a sushi place. Did not do it, but I still like this logo.

I think if you scaled the sticks down by about 50% and actually had them intersecting the name near the bottom-right corner (cutting through the "ON") it would add much more elegance.

The word "sushi" also reads to me as "5uahi".
