Some custom type that i thought played well with the mark. Thoughts?

I love the icon Mikey! Type style is also great but I think it doesn't need to have these squared swirls, perhaps more rounded style will fit the mark better. Some simple type would fit very well also, because the mark is solid enough on its own...hope that's worth your consideration. Also I'm not sure why you choosed different color blue for the type? I believe that one color would work much better, but if two colors are demand they should be in hihger contrast IMO. Overall very nice feeling around this little fellow! Good job.

Thanks for the insights, Andrej. much appreciated.*I changed the color to the same as the illy. slipped up when I made the photo file, thought I had it the same color. Rounded the corners off a bit on the type, to make it a tad smoother. I was looking for the type and the illy to feel as one illy. I tried some simple type and it did seem to work nicely, but I just felt this gave it an overall appeal as a complete solid piece in my mind anyway. Really do appreciate the suggestions though. that's why I love this sight, the feed back.*And thank you also for the comment, megashred. :)

This one has a better mark - type match in my opinion. Maybe cause they're in the same color. Also agreed with hyperborea- to many swirls in type for my taste. Maybe you could tone it down a bit? But never the less nice work!
