A whole lot of tiny detail going on in the lower right graphic/quadrant that'll never hold up in print. It's difficult to tell what it is even at this size. You're going to have printing issues with your type as well at small sizes. And the type doesn't seem to follow the same curve as the shape it's sitting within. I like the overall idea of the logo, it just needs refinement.

yeah i know is pretty hard to print i tried explaining but could convince the client he end up taking both
