Is this for a client? If not, maybe you can consider a name like Mirror Image or Double Take. Just thinking out loud :) I like it btw.

You could possibly create an eye by replacing the straight parallel lines (for the arms) with curved ones like you already have for the legs.

I think it looks good. Although I do not quite understand what the sign denotes
