couple month ago i found that local Lithuanian political party had ripped logo from logopond, i contacted designer, we writed to newspaper, tv. They writed alot articles about that. At the end he got paid for this logo. Think you should find out, how china copyright law works, we have here in lithuania institution for that. think they also should have, you could contact them.
