Description: First of three logos I designed for a landscape business. The owner said that she wanted a look that was less traditional (i.e. don't use a tree like every other landscaper's logo)

You are off to a great start! I think I would like it better without the ivy though. I like how the big 'a' and 'r' have the leaf like shapes at the tips. Maybe use some negative space to create the veins of the two leaves. I hope this all makes sense. Overall, I like this one the best. This would also work well without the 'ar' mark all together. The leaf motifs around 'gardens' is enough to convey the lawncare and it would seem a little more elegant and might work better for your client, Anne. Just some quick thoughts. :-)

Thanks for the comments. Ocularink: I appreciate all of the constructive input. I have included a version without the "ar" in the final packet. I only had a couple of days to put all of this together (plus I move in two days) so I won't be able to do any major fixes.
