This one gets my vote - I would just remove the dots over the 'i' (leave just the orange one)...

Thanks Alen. Idea was to emphasize being a part of something bigger, helping, accomplishing in joined effort, thus many heads :)*

I just looked at it as a wordmark only: where the person (letter t) is a part of the bigger picture (Volunteer word)...
