too many things are happening all at once, there is no hierarchy

by the way the company name is not really in the middle of two lines, i don't understand the purpose of of it either.

I like it. Possibly line up, "The Reinvention Institute" with the green lines.

Or, just kill the green lines. Might look a little better.
