I love the concept but it could be executed in such a simple (and maybe more effective) way. The perspective on the book is ok, but why not keep it the same as the other letters and make a line at the top to represent the book.
Then in this particular case, the R looks like an afterthought. You might even take what I said above, keep the U and the R blue but make it all the same text/height.
