I LOVE the illustration but, as a mother, the first thing I thought of was the angel reference. I'd be worried that would send the wrong message to parents. We all know the only way our kids would be floating around with wings and it's not a nice thought. I'm completely in love with the image though. It's adorable and the colors are amazing. :)

^ here, here! Love the illustration, balance and color scheme. Your client probably took a safe boring route - it's a shame. This stands out in a sea of photographers IMO.
