The tulip is nice here.
The plug seems slightly large and the chord
would be more fun if it was a smile as you say, a nice curved "U".
The type treatment is a bit bland.

I actually tried to make the plug smaller, but it makes the tulip over-powering, and the whole thing goes unbalanced, as that flower shape is very solid. appreciate your comment.
