Like it as well, though I don't like the ".com" at all..but I have a hunch it's something the client demanded. If not, I'd say lose it.

I agree with Kult house.. .co always distracts... would the client consider making the .com more transparent? Athough this would then unbalance the logo.. hard call, but very nice.. colours match beautifully!
