Love the logo. Great play on the aperture concept. However, the colors feel a little cheesy to me and there's a lot going on. Who's the target audience? Even so, nice job buddy!

I hear you, brotha!! It has that "Honor Roll' feel to it? Almost like a top achievement award (or something like that). It probably gives the mothers a sense of accomplishment and/or pride. Is it too early, or does any of this make sense. :-P Have a good week!
