Love it. The only thing I think that takes away from the traditional is the "SINCE 1995" ... maybe something like established? or just the number reminds me of a traditional cricket or football club.

Good thinking - actually I'm glad you pointed that out because I just guessed the year. Maybe i should confirm that before submitting to the client.

Maybe EST. 1995 would look a little nicer.
