I think this one would look better (out of the other ones), if it didn't have the "CO" in the fire and the mark was smaller.

I like this version the best - maybe try having the CO in the flame the same colour as the background. Overall, this looks very good!

maybe work on the palette a little. I think the brown at the bottom needs to be deeper and the orange could go a little darker and a bit browner.

i think its the font I don't like but again I think the CO is feeling like it doesn't match.

Thanks guys, the mark and the type are mostly going to be used separately with the mark being stamped on metal, the font in CO is to compliment the ranch cooking symbolism.
