^ I dont think its a conflict ... but I dont like that I cant find visual connection between name and BG symbol, what suppose it mean "gal"? Should I understand it as French?

Sorry @logonot, I've never seen that logo before. I actually searched everywhere I could think of before uploading this logo to make sure I wasn't stepping on any toes. Also, mine is a B and a G. No numbers here.

This is good, also agree it's not a conflict. Though, I keep looking for facial/human characteristics in the mark. Would there be a chance you could emphasize a feminine feature -- such as hair -- in it?

What happens if you turn the G facing down instead? I like the way it looks now, but i think you can make it even better. I agree with JF about giving it a feminine feature. Just a thought! :)

i'm not accusing you of copying the 8 logo just reminded me that one because the shape of a B is similar to the shape of an 8, coincidences in logo design are bound to happen..
