I like what you've done with the type... Did you try removing the dot on the 'i' to see how it would look completely leveled off?

I was going to say it looked like "Industrial Depot" logo, but that one happened to be yours too :-)

Very nice mark, but I'd play with the name a bit more. This is still more of a "storage" concept than "construction". Something like "upstore" perhaps.
