Rudy, I think the reason this one is not as appealing to me as your other versions is the large amount of negative space in the upper left and right hand corners. Also it feels unbalanced to me; too top heavy.

Thanks Mike, I really liked this one too but the client chose another one and I'm just happy he liked one.
