doing an "apple" logo is always a risky terrain:)
I don't see any similarity but each one is entitled to his/her opinion..

Type is much better now. A logo of an apple is always going to be a similar shape to the Apple logo! The only way around it would be to use another fruit. Different enough in my opinion though. Good job.
