That's... interesting. While I wouldn't wear it, and find it a little rude, I have to admit that the design of it is actually pretty good. For example, the mirrored heart shape in the "boobies" icon is well done.

Oh wow!! I didn't even notice the double use of the heart until it was mentioned. Clever design. And I completely agree with Jeff on the humorous part. That is needed with these types of logos. This will create more conversation, ultimately, spreading the word even more on Breast Cancer. :-)

Yes. They are having T-Shirts made of it for the Komen walk. It'll be on the chest and the sleeve.
