I think the Illi is great. Not sure what they want though. Maybe a hint of light on waves in BG, to give it a more perspective feel?

My idea was to ad a fishing boat for dept but it would make logo too complicated. Thanks for advice, Mike. That might work well.

Thanks Michael! I'll add some details on background but not gradients. I admit I'm not very good in gradients, mesh tool etc. Thanks for your oppinion.
