The first thing that came into my mind when I saw the word Fleet, was the Royal Navy or the British army. Or, in your case, a fleet of cars parked neatly beside each other. Something extremely organised, streamlined and proficient. I would have imagined a more classical approach to your logo and most definitely a more distinguished font (try looking at the logotype without the mosaic block). Also, remember that when you use your logo in grayscale, the F won't be as prominent. Overall, I don't think that this is one of your best works ...
