Relax, you can´t deny that the two logos have things in common (although I see no way of a direct inspiration) like the single color outline leaves which certainly isn't the least important part.
In general, it is always helpful to give a reason for opinions, so we can spare us the personal level.

I'm really sorry about the way I wrote the comment (must remember to take my time and read my comments before posting).
I'm reading it now and it really seems as I'm implying plagiarism, and it's not what I meant.
I just wanted to point out some similarities between such an old logo design and a brand new one, and how sometimes similar patterns tend to emerge even though there's no relation between the different occurrences...
I think the design made by fictivfactory is very interesting and I don't think he was inspired by Abril's logo.
I hope we can all relax now...
