The font is really nice, the colour scheme is great and the icon fits the theme of the company well. I really like the look of this one. I might be wrong and it would look too close but I would of moved the the icon a few steps closer to the name box it seems a tiny bit to far away.

Because of the thickness of the typeface and the icon (man) say a few mm?

Maybe the space needs to be equal in width of the typeface, say the 'n' for instance. However, the logo may end up looking to symmetrical in weight (does that make sense?). Good one, though. My identity uses similar colors. I like.
