It looks very nice, but it is fairly standard.

I'm not trying to be rude, when I hear the word "solvent" and know the company is about "solutions," I might have played off either the word "solve" (as in a puzzle or problem or unlocking something) or solvent as in a cleaning material (to correct other people's messes or dissolve a sticky problem). BUT, that is just me.

I wanted to create a logo mark that looked like it was being mixed. I think a successful business consulting firm harnesses in on the ideas from the client and, in turn, mixes those ideas with their own - Creating the solution for success. Also, if you notice, the mark is the top half of an S...this might be a little far stretched, but it's there. :-)

I like the creativity and its a great looking logo :P (yeah...the "S" idea is a bit far stretched) but i almost agree with Ellen. Solvent and the blue mixing made me think it was a dish washing or laundry detergent product... but then when i read Business Solutions i realized the connection and witty ness. Maybe make business solutions more prominent. that way people cant mistaken it for laundry detergent :p
