Makes me think a little of "mastercard's new logo":http://adland.tv/n1rv4n4g8/2006/julyjpgs/mastercard.jpg , and the text from it's right is too small. Looks good but in my opinion still needs some touch.
I know it can remind someone of mastercard, but I think it's different enough. And how to show solar eclipse in other way... :-) The text on the right is small, yes, but I have also other version with bigger text. Thanks for your feedback.
The link didn't work for me either, which was disappointing because I really love this logo. Also, I wouldn't worry about the similarities to Master Card. In my opinion, the only thing they have in common is two overlapping circles.

Well, duh. MasterCard = two overlapping circles. This logo (stripped of all decoration and reduced to its bare memorable minimum) = two overlapping circles.
That being said, the concept of using two planets to capture the Astro aspect of the name is nice and solid. Just needs to be made a bit more distinct in its reduced form.
This kind of stuff annoys me. It's two circles so it's a ripoff of mastercard? Do you know how many logos before mastercard had intersecting circles? Let me stick my neck out and make the claim that *gasp* there were images of intersecting circles before 1966! Crazy I know.
Now if this logo had two circles of equal size that intersected, and at the intersecting area was made of horizontal bars, then yes I would think it was a bit of a rip off. But it gets really frustrating when perfectly original designs are brushed aside because of silly comparisons like this.
It's like disregarding a musician's song because he rhymes two words in it that some other songwriter in the past has rhymed.
In fairness, nobody said it was a ripoff of master card, only that it was reminiscent and too close. In my opinion though, it's not. I didn't think of MC until someone said it.
It's not in use now, so I think it doesn't matter any longer. I realised after some time, that someone can say it's similar execution. It wasn't intentional.

Mastercard does not own circles.
