I like the type, however to me the color red associated with Real Estate investement seems negative. I think if you showed a shade of gray or blue it would not be as distracting.

I like what you've done with the font, but the red ' ' reminds me of an ambulance and seems better suited to a health insurance company or something.

i like the font treatment except for that t... looks like it doesnt belong. probably since all the other text (exclusing the first letters) are lowercase and the t isnt. i agree with senterbrands that a blue would be more fitting.

I like it, except for the plus and the T. I could live with the T, but I feel like the plus doesn't seem to fit the font. Could you find one with serifs on it? That would look better in my opinion. It would also help to distinguish it more from the red cross.

Or better yet, ditch the plus and find a cool ampersand. Even better, build one yourself that somehow resembles buildings. I'm not sure how that last one would work, I'm just spewing random ideas here.

Thank you everybody for all comments. You're totally right. I agree upon the fact that using red and the cross could create a "red cross" effect. Red is also certainly not the right choice for this activity. For the "t", I'm not quite convinced. I want this logo to be compact and strong. I allow the "y" off the line because it's so "special", but I don't want an upper part on the "t" that, I think, could weaken the first "S". May be I could try to transform the "n" in "Wayne" from lowercase to small cap... I prefer using this "plus" instead of an ampersand. I would like to create a contrast between the font, which looks old fashioned but sharp, and the idea of association. 2 classic names combinated to create a modern way to do business. That's also why I using red instead of neutral blue but I will try to do some tests with other colours.
