Yep, Alice is the type :) this is based on. The client name is Delice, and they are a bakery, pastry, cake shop something like that. Strange thing is that i had an "Alice":http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/65564 as client too with the same profile business (sweets and co). Thank you all for comments.

It kind of bothers me that you say the type treatment here is based off of the Alice font. It's exactly the Alice font, except the dot on the i has been repositioned.

I didn't say anything about a type treatment. I came with a new style of i dot yes, adjusted the kerning a bit and played with the coloring, i did not mention no treatment or editing of the type. This is still a work in progress, a sketch proposal among 5 other different kind of concepts which i don't think i am going to upload here since i am not happy with the result based on client directions (an underline for the whole word coming up from the L letter).
